    Amends the Illinois Rural/Downstate Health Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning health.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Rural/Downstate Health Act is
5 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (410 ILCS 65/1)  (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 8051)
7     Sec. 1. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~ Illinois
8 Rural/Downstate Health Act.
