Amends the Rural Economic Development Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning finance.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Rural Economic Development Act is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

(30 ILCS 710/1-1) (from Ch. 5, par. 2201-1)

Sec. 1-1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the "Rural Economic Development Act".
