SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Larry W. Feaster of Rock Island, who passed away on July 25, 2021; and

WHEREAS, Larry Feaster was born to Richard and Dorothy (Dale) Feaster in Moline on April 2, 1958; and

WHEREAS, Larry Feaster served in the U.S. Navy for ten years aboard the USS Pyro and the USS White Plaines in the South Pacific, Philippines, and Kuwait during Desert Storm; and

WHEREAS, Larry Feaster enjoyed assembling World War II models; and

WHEREAS, Larry Feaster was preceded in death by his parents; and

WHEREAS, Larry Feaster is survived by his three brothers, Dale (Brenda) Feaster, Richard (Susan) Feaster, and Carl Ray Feaster; his one sister, Donna Darlene Trehal; his three nieces; and his two nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Larry W. Feaster and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Larry Feaster as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
