SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Kiliana "Gilo" Khoshaba of Des Plaines, who passed away on August 9, 2022; and

WHEREAS, Gilo Khoshaba was born on May 1, 1951; and

WHEREAS, Gilo Khoshaba was the beloved husband of the late Stella; the loving father of Shami (Jamie) Lowe and Maryam (Ian) Rich; the devoted grandpa "Sawi" of Alex and Stella Rich and Jeda and Skylar Lowe; and the cherished great-grandpa "Sawi" of Arabella Rich Goodson; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Kiliana "Gilo" Khoshaba and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Gilo Khoshaba as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
