Amends the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing Act of 2002. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Real Estate Appraiser Licensing Act of 2002 is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

(225 ILCS 458/1-1)

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027)

Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing Act of 2002.
