HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives wish to congratulate Gerald Kolda on the occasion of his retirement from the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court Services and Probation Department after over eight years of service; and

WHEREAS, Gerald Kolda served the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court from December 19, 2011 to June 1, 2020; he held the position of Probation Officer, serving in both the adult and juvenile units; and

WHEREAS, Gerald Kolda is Married to Mary Ann; they have two children, Kari and Kelly, and one grandson; and

WHEREAS, Gerald Kolda is an avid golfer; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate Gerald Kolda on his retirement from the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court Services and Probation Department after over eight years of service; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Gerald Kolda as a symbol of our respect and esteem.
