    Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Makes a technical change in a Section creating the Departments of State government.

1    AN ACT concerning State government.
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
 
4    Section 5. The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is
5amended by changing Section 5-15 as follows:
 
6    (20 ILCS 5/5-15)  (was 20 ILCS 5/3)
7    Sec. 5-15. Departments of State government. The The
8Departments of State government are created as follows:
