SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

430 ILCS 15/6.2 new

Amends the Gasoline Storage Act. Provides that the State Fire Marshal shall allow residential refueling services by watercraft that are approved by the State Fire Marshal to provide fuel and that meet all applicable fire safety standards.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Gasoline Storage Act is amended by adding Section 6.2 as follows:

(430 ILCS 15/6.2 new)

Sec. 6.2. Residential refueling by watercraft. The State Fire Marshal shall allow residential refueling services by watercraft that are approved by the State Fire Marshal to provide fuel and that meet all applicable fire safety standards.
