735 ILCS 5/1-103

from Ch. 110, par. 1-103

Amends the Code of Civil Procedure. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the effect of Article, Part, and Section headings.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning civil law.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Code of Civil Procedure is amended by changing Section 1-103 as follows:

(735 ILCS 5/1-103) (from Ch. 110, par. 1-103)

Sec. 1-103. Effect of headings. Article, Part and and Section headings contained herein shall not be deemed to govern, limit, modify or in any manner affect the scope, meaning or intent of the provisions of any Article, Part or Section of this Act.
