Amends the Illinois Aeronautics Act. Makes a technical change in a definitions Section.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning transportation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Aeronautics Act is amended by changing Section 19 as follows:

(620 ILCS 5/19) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 22.19)

Sec. 19. "Navigable air space" means air space above the the minimum altitudes of flight prescribed by the laws of this State or by rules or regulations of the Department consistent therewith.
