    Amends the Illinois Health Information Exchange and Technology Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning State government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Health Information Exchange and
5 Technology Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 3860/1)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2022)
8     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~
9 Illinois Health Information Exchange and Technology Act.
