Amends the Bill of Rights for Children. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning criminal law.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Bill of Rights for Children is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(725 ILCS 115/1) (from Ch. 38, par. 1351)

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the Bill of Rights for Children.
