SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Donna (Swanson) Paprocki of Des Plaines, who passed away on October 19, 2022; and

WHEREAS, Donna Paprocki was born to Glenn and Milda Swanson on March 12, 1961 and was a lifelong resident of Des Plaines; she graduated from Maine West High School in 1979; and

WHEREAS, Donna Paprocki was the devoted wife, best friend, and lifelong partner of her husband, Norbert; and

WHEREAS, Donna Paprocki was a member of Job's Daughters and an avid Disney fan; and

WHEREAS, Donna Paprocki was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Sherry; and

WHEREAS, Donna Paprocki is survived by her husband of 34 years, Norbert; her precious dog, Jake; several nieces and nephews; and many beloved friends; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Donna (Swanson) Paprocki and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Donna Paprocki as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
