SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Eugene C. Rebello of Rock Island, who
4passed away on November 29, 2019; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Eugene Rebello was born in Providence, Rhode
6Island to Manuel and Mary (Aruze) Rebello on January 30, 1929;
7he served in the U.S. Army and married Ormaline Neibur in
8Illinois on October 25, 1952; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Eugene Rebello worked for the U.S. Army Corps of
10Engineers at the Rock Island Arsenal; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Eugene Rebello enjoyed making trips back to the
12East Coast to spend time with his family; he was a past Master
13of Eureka Lodge #69 A.F. & A.M., Milan; and
 
14    WHEREAS, Eugene Rebello was preceded in death by his wife,
15Ormaline; his parents; his sons, Jaime E. and Jayson M.
16Rebello; and his siblings, Everett, Elizabeth, and Joseph
17Rebello; and
 
18    WHEREAS, Eugene Rebello is survived by his son, Joseph
19Rebello; his grandchildren, Marcella (Chad) Miner, Angela
20Rebello, Charles Rebello, Anthony Rebello, and Jamie Marie

1Rebello; eight great-grandchildren; and his sisters, Barbara
2Rebello and Dorothy (Mike) Boyce; therefore, be it
 
3    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL
4ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
5Eugene C. Rebello and extend our sincere condolences to his
6family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
7further
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
9presented to the family of Eugene Rebello as an expression of
10our deepest sympathy.
