SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Carl S. Fulli of Rock Island, who passed away on July 17, 2019; and

WHEREAS, Carl Fulli was born in Davenport, Iowa to Biagio and Helen Glowacki Fulli on May 2, 1940; he graduated from Alleman High School; he served in the United States Army; and

WHEREAS, Carl Fulli worked as a driver for Garda Armored Car Service and retired from Lanter Courier; and

WHEREAS, Carl Fulli was a past Governor of the Moose Lodge; he was interested in how things worked and enjoyed tinkering with different projects; he spent time at the gun range with friends; he will be remembered for his sense of humor; and

WHEREAS, Carl Fulli was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Emilie Baxter; and

WHEREAS, Carl Fulli is survived by his special friend, Mary Fisher; his beloved niece, Teri (Rick) Fagan; his brother, Mike (Sherry) Fulli; and six nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Carl S. Fulli and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Carl Fulli as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
