SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Mario R. "Milo" Nache of Rock Island, who passed away on November 9, 2020; and

WHEREAS, Milo Nache was born in Silvis to Blas and Carmen (Rangel) Nache on November 3, 1932; he served in the U.S. Army from 1953 to 1955; he married Frances Gusman in Kewanee on April 7, 1956; and

WHEREAS, Milo Nache worked as a laborer for IH Farmall Works; and

WHEREAS, Milo Nache enjoyed listening to music, going to the casino, and building items; he loved spending time with his family; and

WHEREAS, Milo Nache was preceded in death by his parents; his sisters, Mary Lucy, Constance, Minnie, and Annie; his brother, Jess Nache; and his stepbrother, Al Ramirez; and

WHEREAS, Milo Nache is survived by his wife; his children, Roberto G. Nache, Frances Snyder, Ramona Garcia, and Gloria (Robert) Martin; his 10 grandchildren; his nine great-grandchildren; his stepsisters, Julia Zapata and Carmen McLean; his stepbrother, Felix Ramirez; and his several nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Mario R. "Milo" Nache and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Milo Nache as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
