    Amends the Appliance Tag Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning business.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Appliance Tag Act is amended by changing
5 Section 0.01 as follows:

6     (815 ILCS 302/0.01)  (was 720 ILCS 220/0.01)
7     Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~
8 Appliance Tag Act.
