Amends the Permanent Noise Monitoring Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning transportation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Permanent Noise Monitoring Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(620 ILCS 35/1) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 751)

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Permanent Noise Monitoring Act.
