415 ILCS 150/1

Amends the Electronic Products Recycling and Reuse Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning safety.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Electronic Products Recycling and Reuse Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(415 ILCS 150/1)

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2020)

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Electronic Products Recycling and Reuse Act.
