1     AN ACT concerning disabled inmates transferred to nursing
2 homes.

3     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:

5     Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the
6 Disabled Inmates Transferred to Nursing Homes Act.
