    Amends the Strengthening the Child Welfare Workforce for Children and Families Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning children.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Strengthening the Child Welfare Workforce
5 for Children and Families Act is amended by changing Section 1
6 as follows:

7     (325 ILCS 70/1)
8     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2022)
9     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the ~~the~~
10 Strengthening the Child Welfare Workforce for Children and
11 Families Act.
