Amends the Collegiate Athletic Association Compliance Enforcement Procedures Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning education.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Collegiate Athletic Association Compliance Enforcement Procedures Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. This Act may be cited as the the Collegiate Athletic Association Compliance Enforcement Procedures Act.
