225 ILCS 732/1-1

Amends the Hydraulic Fracturing Regulatory Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Hydraulic Fracturing Regulatory Act is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

(225 ILCS 732/1-1)

Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Hydraulic Fracturing Regulatory Act.
