Amends the Criminal Victims' Asset Discovery Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning definitions.

AN ACT concerning criminal law.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Criminal Victims' Asset Discovery Act is amended by changing Section 2 as follows:

Sec. 2. Definitions. The The following words and phrases when used in this Act shall, for the purposes of this Act, have the meanings respectively ascribed to them except when the context requires otherwise.
