Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the School Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning State goals and assessment.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
105 ILCS 5/2-3.64
Adds reference to:
105 ILCS 5/21-1bfrom Ch. 122, par. 21-1b

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the School Code. Provides that the Teacher Certificate Fee Revolving Fund is not subject to sweeps, administrative charges, or charge backs or any other fiscal or budgetary maneuver that would in any way transfer any funds from the Teacher Certificate Fee Revolving Fund into any other fund of this State. Effective immediately.

House Floor Amendment No. 2
Provides that the Teacher Certificate Fee Revolving Fund is not subject to administrative charge transfers from the Teacher Certificate Fee Revolving Fund into any other fund of this State (instead of providing that the Teacher Certificate Fee Revolving Fund is not subject to sweeps, administrative charges, or charge backs or any other fiscal or budgetary maneuver that would in any way transfer any funds from the Teacher Certificate Fee Revolving Fund into any other fund of this State).
