Synopsis As Introduced Amends the Election Code. Provides that an appointed or elected supervisor of assessments or county assessor is prohibited from making a contribution to any political committee established to promote the candidacy of a person who is a candidate for the Board of Review of the county in which the supervisor of assessments or county assessor serves. Provides that it is unlawful for a political committee to accept contributions that violate those provisions.
