Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the definition of "conviction".

Deletes reference to:

Adds reference to:
720 ILCS 5/19-1from Ch. 38, par. 19-1

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that a burglary committed in a facility that stores the necessities of life such as food, clothing, or other tangibles for free distribution to economically disadvantaged persons is a Class 1 felony. Effective immediately.
