Synopsis As Introduced Amends the Reproductive Health Act. Provides that before an abortion may be performed by a health care professional, the health care professional must provide the patient with the specified information developed by the Department of Public Health. Requires the patient to attest to receiving the information on a form prescribed by the Department.
