Synopsis As Introduced Appropriates specified amounts to the Illinois Power Agency for the purpose of ordinary and contingent expenses, funding of current and prior fiscal year purchases of renewable energy resources and related expenses, and deposit into the Illinois Power Agency Operations Fund. Effective July 1, 2023.
