Synopsis As Introduced Amends the State Property Control Act. Provides that the Director of Central Management Services shall develop a written policy of expectations of care for employees with custody of State-owned vehicles, that the policy shall include stated consequences if an employee with custody of a State-owned vehicle does not meet the expectations of care set forth in the policy, and that the Department of Central Management Services shall enforce those consequences. Effective immediately.
