Synopsis As Introduced Amends the Accident and Health Article of the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that a group or individual policy of accident and health insurance that is amended, delivered, issued, or renewed on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act shall provide, for individuals 40 years of age and older, coverage for an annual menopause health visit with a North American Menopause Society Certified Menopause Practitioner without imposing a deductible, coinsurance, copayment, or any other cost-sharing requirement upon the insured.
