Synopsis As Introduced Appropriates $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for grants to the Illinois Coalition Against Domestic Violence, the Illinois Coalition Against Sexual Assault, and the operator of the Illinois Domestic Violence Hotline for the purposes of emergency transportation assistance to survivors of domestic abuse, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Effective July 1, 2023.
