Synopsis As Introduced Amends the School Code. Requires the State Board of Education to create a Committee on Mandate Review. Provides that the purpose of the committee is to complete a statewide review of State mandates on school districts. Sets forth the membership of the committee. Contains provisions concerning meetings, administrative support, and reporting. Repeals these provisions on December 31, 2025. Effective immediately.
