Synopsis As Introduced Appropriates $2,500,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, from the Build Illinois Bond Fund to the Department of Transportation for the demolition of abandoned buildings on the campus of Lincoln's Challenge Academy in the Village of Rantoul. Effective July 1, 2023.
