Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Private Business and Vocational Schools Act. With respect to an application for a certificate of approval, provides that a certificate of deposit may be included instead of a surety company bond. Provides that a sales representative may provide a certificate of deposit instead of a surety company bond.
