Synopsis As Introduced Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that all dealers shall ensure that a registration mount is installed on the front and rear of every motor vehicle that is sold by the dealer and that is required to have registration plates attached to it under the Code. Provides that a dealer shall impose no additional cost or fee on the buyer for the acquisition and installation of the mounts.
