Synopsis As Introduced Requests that no portrait of former Speaker Michael J. Madigan be hung in the Illinois State Capitol, or in the Illinois Capitol Complex, until such time as Mr. Madigan is acquitted of all of the charges lodged against him in the U.S. Northern District of Illinois, or until such time as all of the aforementioned charges are dropped.
