Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Historic Preservation Agency Act. Provides that the Historic Preservation Agency shall create a business plan, addressing ways to enhance tourism and the historical aspect of historic sites, for each historic site related to Abraham Lincoln. Provides that the Agency may seek assistance from the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity when creating the business plans. Provides a deadline for completion of the business plans. Effective immediately.
