Synopsis As Introduced Amends the Wildlife Code. Prohibits the sale of bobcat pelts of bobcats taken in Illinois. Penalty for a violation of this provision is a petty offense, as provided in the general penalty section of the Code.
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Reinserts the bill as introduced. Further amends the Wildlife Code. Provides that it shall be unlawful for any person to trap bobcat in this State at any time. Effective immediately.
