Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

Deletes reference to:

Adds reference to:
235 ILCS 5/6-11

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Authorizes the sale of alcoholic liquor within 100 feet of a specific church located in a specific municipality that has a population of less than 10,000 inhabitants. Effective immediately.
