Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Insurance Code to provide that if a policy of accident or health insurance provides coverage for telehealth services, then it must comply with certain prohibitions. Provides that nothing in the provision concerning coverage for telehealth services shall be deemed as precluding a health insurer from providing benefits for other services. Amends the State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971, the Counties Code, the Illinois Municipal Code, the School Code, the Health Maintenance Organization Act, the Limited Health Service Organization Act, and the Voluntary Health Services Plans Act to comport to provisions of the Illinois Insurance Code concerning coverage for telehealth services.
