No General Revenue Funds are part of this appropriation. All monies appropriated for the Drycleaner Environmental Response Trust Fund are paid into this special fund by the drycleaning industry for the purposes of remediating sites contaminated by drycleaning solvents, protecting human health, and public safety, and promoting pollution prevention. Without this annual appropriation, the Drycleaner Environmental Response Trust Fund would have no spending authority for fiscal year 2014.
