Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Residential Mortgage License Act of 1987. Makes a technical change in the Section concerning the short title of the Act.

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Residential Mortgage License Act of 1987. Provides that an individual acting as a mortgage loan originator who is not employed by and acting for an entity described in the provisions concerning the definition for "registered mortgage loan originator" shall be subject to the mortgage loan originator licensing requirements of the Article concerning mortgage loan originator license requirement. Makes changes concerning the definition of "exempt person or entity". In the definition of "full service office", provides that proper signage is included in the good business practices that each full service office must observe.
