Synopsis As Introduced
Authorizes the Department of Corrections to convey certain property located in Will County to Will County for an amount to be determined by 3 independent certified real estate appraisers. Effective immediately.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Amends the Act authorizing the Director of Corrections to convey real property to Will County by providing that the Director is authorized to execute and deliver a quit claim deed to Will County for the purpose of constructing the Will County Emergency Communications and Command Center on the described property (instead of authorized to execute and deliver a quit claim deed to Will County).
