Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Counties Code. Provides that the clerk of the circuit court shall collect all fees for the Children's Advocacy Center and remit them to the county treasurer. Provides that the county treasurer shall deposit the fees into a separate account (instead of the county treasurer paying the fees directly to the Children's Advocacy Center). Specifies that the fees shall be used exclusively for the operation and administration of the Children's Advocacy Center. Effective immediately.

55 ILCS 5/3-6013from Ch. 34, par. 3-6013

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Counties Code. In a Section concerning auxiliary deputies, provides that auxiliary deputies may receive compensation as set by the county board. Provides that, if it is impractical (now, emergency cases which render it impractical) for members of the regular county police department or regular deputies to perform their normal and regular duties, then the sheriff may assign auxiliary deputies to perform those normal and regular duties.
