Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the IMRF Article of the Illinois Pension Code to add the Will County Governmental League to the list of entities permitted to participate in the Fund as participating instrumentalities, but only if the League has a ruling from the United States Internal Revenue Service that it is a governmental entity. Effective immediately.
