Synopsis As Introduced
Creates the Purchase of Care and Grant Adjustment Act of 2009. Applies to purchase of care contracts, grant agreements, and provider agreements that (i) provide service for the disabled or (ii) are between specified State agencies and private community-based providers. Requires annual adjustments in accordance with the non-seasonally-adjusted Employment Cost Index. Repealed on July 1, 2010. Effective immediately.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Creates the short title Section only for the Purchase of Care and Grant Adjustment Act of 2009.
