Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Chicago Park District Act. Authorizes the Chicago Park District to enter into "design-build" contracts. Defines "design-build". Specifies the solicitation process for design-build proposals. Sets forth the requirements for the award of design-build contracts.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 2
Provides that the Chicago Park District may use landscape architect design professionals when preparing requests for proposals for design-build projects and for the purpose of evaluating design-build entities. Adds an immediate effective date.
