Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the State Revenue Sharing Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

Deletes reference to:

Adds reference to:
30 ILCS 105/8.46
30 ILCS 105/8.49

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the State Finance Act. Authorizes transfers from the General Revenue Fund into the Hansen-Therkelsen Memorial Deaf Student College Fund and the DHS Private Resources Fund and from the FY09 Budget Relief Fund into the DHS Private Resources Fund. Effective immediately.

House Floor Amendment No. 2
Adds reference to:
720 ILCS 5/11-19.3

Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. In the provision permitting a peace officer to tow and impound a vehicle used in the commission of certain specified offenses, changes a reference to the citation of the prostitution statute. Changes a reference in that statute from the Violent Crime Victims Assistance Fund to the DHS State Projects Fund.
