Synopsis As Introduced Amends the State Forest Act. Provides that all revenue from the sale of timber from State forests shall be deposited into the Wildlife and Fish Fund. Effective July 1, 2007.
Senate Committee Amendment No. 1 Provides that revenue from the sale of timber under the State Forest Act shall be deposited into the Forestry Development Fund (instead of the Wildlife and Fish Fund).
